On October 14, 2019, between 11:50 UTC and 12:14 UTC, a small subset of customers provisioned on EMEA infrastructure may have experienced issues sending and receiving some emails. Please note that there was no impact to protection services, and all other aspects of our services remained functional. This issue has been resolved, and normal connectivity is restored.
